About us

We Are More Than Football..

Kensington Football Academy is a soccer club based in Kyanja (one of the many suburbs surrounding Kampala), Uganda founded by Mr Buwembo Yusuf Kasule. The Academy was founded on 18th November, 2017 to provide all necessary support and guidance to the young, potential and passionate football stars.

Get to know BUWEMBO YUSUF KASULE, the founder of Kensington football Academy in Uganda. In this first part of our documentary Kasule explains his reasons to start an academy with the assistance of Mrs. Nyanzi Mary, Mrs. Winfred Asingwire, Dr. Nakiyingi Lydia, Dr. Ivan Ronald Kimuli and Mrs. Sumaya Kasule.

Our Services

We offer fun, structured training programs that help young players learn skills, grow confidence, and enjoy the game.

Physical Fitness & Conditioning

We provide fitness programs designed to improve stamina, speed, strength, agility, and balance (Exercises include warm-ups, endurance drills, speed work, and flexibility training.)

Performance Assessment & Player Evaluation

Players are regularly assessed based on skill level, fitness, attitude, and match performance. Coaches provide feedback and progress reports to players and parents. This helps track development and set clear improvement goals.

Talent Identification & Player Development Pathways

Promising players are identified and given extra attention to help them reach higher levels. This may include exposure to scouts, trials with bigger clubs, and recommendations for school teams or professional academies.

Education, Life Skills & Mentorship

We support players with basic education guidance, time management, leadership skills, and personal development. We also encouraged players to balance football with school and grow into responsible individuals.
